HYBE’s global girl group KATSEYE has solidified its position within the digital pop culture by securing two honors at the 30th annual Webby Awards. The group reportedly earned both the official Webby Award and the People’s Voice Award in the Fashion, Beauty & Lifestyle, Branded Entertainment Video/Film category for their partnership with GAP’s Better in Denim campaign. The recognition from the Webbys places KATSEYE in the esteemed winners' circle of 2026 that includes global icons such as Bad Bunny, Lionel Messi, and Kendrick Lamar.
KATSEYE’s GAP Campaign Becomes a Digital Phenomenon
Notably, KATSEYE’s August 2025 GAP collab became an absolute juggernaut, pulling in 8 billion impressions and blowing past 400M views. During the September earnings call last year, GAP CEO Richard Dickson reportedly labeled the project a “cultural domination,” according to The Korea Herald report. He noted that the campaign surpassed the typical advertising by nurturing active audience engagement centered around themes of diversity and individuality.
The Webby Awards reflect the tremendous digital impact that the group has made over the years. Notably, KATSEYE became the No. 1 Global Artist of the Year on TikTok in 2025, while also securing the second spot in Google’s US Trending Musicians search.
