  • Stray Kids and G-Dragon will headline the 2026 Gala des Pièces Jaunes in Paris.
  • The lineup mixes K-pop with international pop, hip-hop, and French music.
  • The event will be staged live with a nationwide broadcast on the France 2 channel.

Stray Kids and BIGBANG's G-Dragon will headline the 2026 Gala des Pièces Jaunes in France. The acts will be leading an international roster in a high-profile charity concert, where fans will see an amalgamation of K-pop, international pop, hip-hop, and French music.

The annual Gala des Pièces Jaunes, that is set to take place in the Paris La Défense Arena, located in Nanterre, northwest of central Paris, will be benefitting the Fondation des Hôpitaux and other pediatric health initiatives. According to the authorities, Stray Kids and G-Dragon will perform on Jan 22, 2026, with tickets scheduled to go on sale ahead of its broadcast, which is set to be aired on the France 2 channel on Jan 30.

Star-studded Line-up Combined with K-pop Highlights Global Pull

The news places Korean acts within a varied group of artists. Christina Aguilera, the famous pop icon from the United States, as well as hip-hop artists A$AP Rocky and Future, will be performing as well. French artists Gims and DJ legend Bob Sinclar will also share the stage along with Orchestre Lamoureux, conducted by Adrien Perruchon.

Stray Kids’ performance will mark their return to the gala after their performance in 2024. The group has also enjoyed recent success in the United States, with its DO IT album remaining prominent in Billboard's Top 30 and World Albums rankings.

Like Stray Kids, G-Dragon will perform in this event for the second time as well. G-Dragon has performed in this gala in 2025, and the re-participation denotes his enduring social popularity in Europe. The BIGBANG frontman has been a global ambassador for fashion and music, and his recent solo releases and joint projects with his bandmates (notably, Taeyang) have sparked renewed critical and commercial interest.

For K-pop fans, Stray Kids and G-Dragon performing in the gala again depicts the genre's growing presence in global benefit events. In the past editions of 2024 and 2025, the gala has featured performances from other famous K-pop stars like BTS’ J-Hope and BLACKPINK’s Rosé and Lisa, alongside global artists such as Maroon 5, Pharrell Williams, Katy Perry, and John Legend.

With broadcast and live performances planned, the 2026 gala is poised to increase both charity effect and global music diplomacy, demonstrating that cross-cultural events can generate engagement well beyond commercial charts.
