The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with KRAFTON India Pvt. Ltd. The agreement aims to support startups across artificial intelligence (AI), gaming, and digital media. The agreement, announced March 26, 2026, focuses on innovation challenges, mentorship, and industry integration for early-stage companies.
The DPIIT-KRAFTON India partnership aims to help startups transition from prototypes to market-ready products.
The collaboration connects policymakers with private-sector expertise. It is part of a broader DPIIT startup collaboration 2026 to strengthen India’s digital and creative economy.
Officials said startups will gain access to industry networks, mentorship, and structured engagement with established players. The initiative will help companies test concepts and secure market access. It will also support integration into larger industry ecosystems, particularly in online esports, interactive media, gaming, and AI-driven applications.
