Leaks pointing to a second wave of Fortnite content tied to Marvel Rivals began circulating on Jan 9, 2026, from well-known Fortnite leakers FNBRintel and ShiinaBR. The information, shared widely across X (formerly Twitter) and gaming news outlets, suggests two prominent in-game characters, Luna Snow and Magik, will be appearing in Fortnite.

According to the leaks, both Luna Snow and Magik might be appearing on Feb 14, 2026, or around that time. However, this rumored timeline originated from another leak by Hypex, well-known Fortnite creator and leaker. At the time of writing, neither Epic nor Fortnite has confirmed anything.

Leaks are also limited to the news of Marvel Rivals Wave 2; nothing has been revealed about in-game functionality, weaponry, and price details of the collaboration.

The leakers involved do have a track record of notifying verified information ahead of official Fortnite updates, so there's hope for players and excited fans to get Luna Snow and Magik within Fortnite.

Who are Luna Snow and Magik From Fortnite x Marvel Rivals Wave 2 Rumors?

The Wave 2 speculation centers on Magik and Luna Snow, both of whom are launch characters in Marvel Rivals. Luna is not associated with the comic; she is a game-original character from Marvel Future Fight that released in 2018. Magik, on the other hand, has been a long-time X-Men character associated with the New Mutants.

Both of the characters work as Duelists and Strategists in Marvel Rivals’ narrative. Magik, in comics, is a Russian descendant and debuted in Giant-Size X-Men #1(1975). Unlike Luna, she is a battling hero with sorcery prowess and a massive Soulsword.

Luna Snow serves as a support-oriented hero and has gained prominence due to her healing abilities and K-pop star background. Due to her pop-star imagery, Vice anticipated that there was a potential for a crossover coming as a Fortnite Festival collaboration.

Their rumored inclusion follows Fortnite’s 2024 Marvel Rivals crossover, which introduced the Doom 2099 skin. For more than a year, Epic hasn’t stated anything about another Marvel Rivals crossover despite the strong engagement of the previous one.
