BTS’ Golden Maknae Jungkook’s solo debut song Seven extended its Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart run, marking its 159th week of its entry on the tally. The track climbed 28 positions from the previous week to land at No. 157, continuing a remarkable tenure for any song by an Asian group or solo artist.

The track's chart history reflects consistent consumption across global streaming platforms. Seven has registered 3.04 billion streams on Spotify, after it became the first song by a Korean artist to cross 3B plays. It remains the sole release in 2023 worldwide to reach that mark. Additionally, on YouTube, the official music video has gained around 632M million views.

The single's endurance also contributes to his wider catalog growth. According to Yonhap, Jungkook’s overall solo catalog topped 9.4B in total Spotify streams by August 2025.

Sustained Chart Runs Result in Jungkook’s Success

When Seven was released, it debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, retaining the spot for 15 weeks on the same tally. On the other hand, on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. ranking, the song logged nine weeks at No. 1 during its initial run.

Domestic charts also show similar persistence of Jungkook’s song. On the Billboard Korea Global K-Songs chart, Seven continues to rank alongside Jungkook's other popular singles like Standing Next To You and 3D. All three titles have reportedly registered a run of 36 consecutive weeks on the regional chart, highlighting Jungkook’s immense demand across international and domestic markets.
