Every Game at Nintendo Direct June 2026
Rhythm Heaven Groove
Release Date: July 2, 2026
Nintendo gave us a fresh look at Rhythm Heavezn Groove, the long-awaited return of Nintendo's beloved rhythm game series. Over 80 new rhythm games are included, with more than 30 available in multiplayer for up to four players. Plenty of unlockables round out what looks like the most content-rich entry in the series to date.
Star Fox
Release Date: June 25, 2026
A free demo for the new Star Fox went live the same day as the Direct. The full game launches on Nintendo Switch 2, with new gameplay shown during the presentation.
DELTARUNE Chapter 5
Release Date: June 24, 2026
Toby Fox's DELTARUNE continues with its fifth chapter, arriving as a free update on both Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch. New characters, battles with the series' signature fight-or-spare system, and more of UNDERTALE's parallel world await.
Devil May Cry 5
Release Date: June 23, 2026
Devil May Cry 5 Devil Hunter Edition comes to Nintendo Switch 2, running at a smooth 60fps in both TV and handheld mode. All four playable characters, Nero, Dante, V, and Vergil, are included.
Splatoon Raiders
Release Date: July 23, 2026
A fresh look at the single-player Splatoon Raiders confirmed its July launch. A dedicated Splatoon Raiders Direct is set for June 30, where Nintendo will share more details about the game's mechanics and world.
Big Walk
Release Date: Aug 4, 2026
From the creators of Untitled Goose Game comes a cooperative multiplayer adventure about teamwork and communication. Players explore a peaceful world together, solving puzzles and using various tools to stay in contact, with the added wrinkle that players can sometimes find themselves unable to speak. It will launch on Nintendo Switch 2.
Lies of P: Complete Edition

The acclaimed Soulslike based on Pinocchio comes to Nintendo Switch 2 in its Complete Edition, bringing the base game and all additional content to the platform.
Kingdom Hearts Collection [I~III]

The complete Kingdom Hearts trilogy arrives on Nintendo Switch 2. A demo for Kingdom Hearts III + Re Mind is now live.
Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave
Release Date: Sep 17, 2026
The next entry in Nintendo's long-running tactical RPG series finally has a release date. Fire Emblem's September 17 release date adds another major title to what is shaping up to be an unusually crowded autumn window.
Onimusha: Way of the Sword
Release Date: Sep 25, 2026
Capcom's action game, already confirmed for PS5 and PC, is also coming to Nintendo Switch 2. New combat footage was shown during the presentation.
Orbitals
Release Date: Sep 3, 2026
A two-player co-op adventure exclusive to Nintendo Switch 2. No further details were given beyond the release date and a brief trailer, but the co-op focus and Switch 2 exclusivity make it one to watch.
Dragon's Dogma 2: Dark Arisen

The surprise of the show for many. Capcom announced an expansion for Dragon's Dogma 2, sharing its name with the beloved expansion for the original game. Dark Arisen launches on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Nintendo Switch 2, available as standalone DLC or as a bundle with the base game.
Nintendo Switch Sports Resort
Release Date: Oct 22, 2026
A new entry in the Wii Sports Resort lineage, exclusive to Nintendo Switch 2. 12 sports are included, spanning returning favorites like Bowling, Tennis, and Golf, alongside new additions including Thumb Wrestling and Skateboarding using Joy-Con 2 mouse controls. Up to four players locally or online.
Final Fantasy Resonance
Release Date: October 22, 2026
Square Enix surprised with a brand new HD-2D turn-based RPG, launching on Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The HD-2D visual style, previously used in Octopath Traveler and Triangle Strategy, continues to be one of the more distinctive looks in modern RPGs.
One Piece: Grand Gourmet

A management simulation game in which players run a restaurant aboard the Baratie Number 2 alongside the Straw Hat Crew. Over 400 One Piece characters appear in pixel art style, each with unique preferences and interactions. Launches on Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, Steam, App Store, and Google Play.
Rayman Legends Retold

Ubisoft's revisit to Rayman Legends was previously announced at Summer Game Fest. It comes to Nintendo Switch 2.
Dragon Quest Monsters: The Withered World

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2

Saber Interactive's acclaimed third-person action game is coming to Nintendo Switch 2 this holiday season. Publisher Focus Entertainment confirmed the port, though how the hardware handles the game's more intensive sequences, particularly large-scale Tyranid swarms, will be one of the more interesting technical stories to follow closer to launch.
Lords of the Fallen 2

CI Games confirmed that Lords of the Fallen 2, previously announced at Summer Game Fest for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, is also coming to Nintendo Switch 2 this fall.
JUJUTSU KAISEN RUMBLE: SURVIVATON

An eight-player survivors royale based on the Jujutsu Kaisen anime, in which players fight cursed spirits and each other to be the last one standing. No specific date was given beyond a 2026 window.
Stellar Blade
Release Date: 2026
Shift Up's action game, which just received a sequel announcement at Summer Game Fest, is coming to Nintendo Switch 2. No specific date was given, but it is confirmed for 2026.
Minecraft Nintendo Switch 2 Edition
Release Date: 2026
A dedicated Switch 2 version of Minecraft is on the way with improved visuals, enhanced lighting and shadows, and world transfer from existing Switch saves. No specific date confirmed.
Xenoblade Chronicles Nintendo Switch 2 Editions

The Xenoblade Chronicles trilogy is getting Switch 2 editions. Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition and its upgrade pack are available now. Xenoblade Chronicles 2 arrives July 30, and Xenoblade Chronicles 3 on December 3.
Donkey Kong Bananza DLC

Nintendo announced paid DLC for Donkey Kong Bananza titled DK Island & Emerald Rush, featuring a limited-time Super Mario Bros. collaboration with Mario-themed outfits. The first of four waves is now live.
Pokémon Pokopia Expansion Pass

Kingdom Hearts 4

The long-awaited fourth mainline entry in Square Enix's beloved RPG series was finally revealed with actual gameplay footage, making it one of the biggest announcements of the entire Direct. Kingdom Hearts 4 is confirmed for Nintendo Switch 2, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC, Epic Games Store, and Steam. No release date was given, but the multiplatform day-one launch for Switch 2 is confirmed.
Xenoblade Genesis
Release Date: 2027
A brand new Xenoblade game was announced for Nintendo Switch 2, titled Xenoblade Genesis. Monolith Soft's RPG series continues beyond the Chronicles trilogy with what appears to be a new story and setting.
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake
Release Date: 2026
Nintendo saved the biggest announcement for last. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, the 1998 Nintendo 64 classic that reshaped what a 3D action-adventure game could be, is being remade exclusively for Nintendo Switch 2. The brief teaser showed Link asleep in his hut, a moment every returning player will immediately recognize. Nintendo described it as the N64 classic being “reborn” and promised more information soon.
Ocarina of Time is the headline of the show, and it might be Nintendo’s biggest release of 2026. June’s Nintendo Direct was a packed show with a string of first-party releases, ports from other platforms, DLCs, and more.
