  • ARIRANG became April’s highest-grossing tour worldwide, earning $76.2 million from eight shows.
  • The tour’s success also boosted local economies while the album and its lead song debuted at the top of major Billboard charts.

BTS, the seven-member South Korean boy-band, who recently wrapped up the North American leg of its ARIRANG world tour has performed in 15 sold-out shows across Tampa, El Paso, Stanford, Las Vegas, and Mexico City, which brought in 840,000 fans in total. The information was revealed on May 30, 2026, by their agency BigHit Music, while also highlighting their demand that resulted in adding extra dates to Tampa, Stanford, and Las Vegas stops, all of which were sold out.

ARIRANG Dominates Global Touring in April with $76.2M

Even before BTS ended its North American run, Billboard already tagged April as a landmark month for the group. Across eight shows encompassing their Goyang, Tokyo, and Tampa runs, BTS amassed $76.2 million USD from 417,000 tickets, making ARIRANG the world's highest-grossing tour of the month. The Tampa and El Paso stops reportedly averaged $12.1M per show, marking a 64% jump over the group's earlier US tours, including Love Yourself (2019) and Permission To Dance On Stage (2022).

Adding to this success, Pollstar reported that the BTS ARIRANG Tour averaged over $10M, overtaking Luke Combs in monetization. Additionally, other projections by market observers indicated that the group’s Las Vegas segment could see an economic impact of up to $200M, backed by significant tourism-driven spending.  This live-sector dominance directly mirrors the group's performance in music charts; the group’s accompanying album of the same name spent multiple weeks atop the Billboard 200, with its lead single Swim entering the Hot 100 at No. 1.

BTS will next perform at the Busan Asiad Main Stadium on June 12 and 13, where its second night aligns with the group's debut anniversary. From there, BTS will then head to Europe, opening the continental leg with a Madrid show scheduled later in June.
