BTS finally gave a long-awaited song its live debut on the second night (July 12, 2026) of their Munich stop of the Arirang World Tour 2026. At Allianz Arena, the group performed their B-side track Louder Than Bombs on-stage for the first time, which reportedly sent the crowd of 70,000 spectators into an instant frenzy.

The surprise addition to the setlist also triggered a huge wave online, proving that a track which has not been performed live for years can also turn a usual stadium concert into a global cultural event. Allegedly, Louder Than Bombs by BTS is also currently trending at top on X (formerly Twitter) with over 200,00 posts after the Munich performance. Currently, there are 1 million posts regarding it on the platform.

Released as a part of its 2020 studio album Map of the Soul: 7, the song Louder Than Bombs has long occupied a unique space in the fans’ hearts, as well as in the septet’s catalog. Since the song lacked integration in any BTS live set, it became an inside joke within the BTS fanbase, that the group acted like the song “didn’t exist.”

BTS' Surprise Setlist Makes Every Arirang World Tour Stop Unique

BTS has been including surprises for their fans throughout the Arirang World Tour. Apart from delivering songs from their individual setlist for each concert, the group has also been performing “surprise” songs at different stops across their international dates. Fans have been tracking the day-wise surprise song setlist from the BTS Arirang World Tour’s recent European leg:

  • London Day 1 (July 6): Life Goes On and Dionysus
  • London Day 2 (July 7): Save ME and Epilogue: Young Forever
  • Brussels Day 1 (July 1): Tomorrow and Boy With Luv
  • Brussels Day 2 (July 2): ON and For Youth
  • Madrid Day 1 (June 26): Airplane Pt. 2 and Outro: Wings
  • Madrid Day 2 (June 27): Mikrokosmos and Best of Me

Notably, on the Day 2 Munich concert, BTS also performed their 2016 hit, Blood, Sweat & Tears, alongside Louder Than Bombs. Additionally, for the Day 1 show in Munich, the septet performed Baepsae (Silver Spoon) and Pied Piper. Interestingly, Pied Piper was also performed in Tampa on Day 2, while Baepsae (Silver Spoon) was performed on Day 3 of the same concert row.

BTS Proves its Live Dominance with its High-Stakes Arirang World Tour

By turning each stadium date into a high-stakes event where global audiences experience setlist changes in real time, BTS ensures their tour remains a central fixture in the discourse of modern pop culture. The seven-member band performed effortlessly despite their hiatus period and the complex demands of a 360-degree stage layout. As the Arirang World Tour moves to its next destination, the industry will continue to observe how the group sustains this massive level of audience engagement. Additionally, fans will also be watching which catalog rarity or hit will be unsealed next.
