CrossFire: Legends, a mobile version of the tactical first-person shooter franchise, has opened pre-registration on Google Play and App Store across Southeast Asia ahead of an anticipated launch later this year.

The title, developed by Tencent's TiMi Studios and published regionally by Level Infinite, originally debuted in China in December 2015 before expanding internationally in 2018. International servers were subsequently shut down, though the game has maintained its presence in China, where it currently runs its 16th season of the CrossFire Mobile League.

Pre-Registration Rewards and Launch Details for Southeast Asian Players

Players who pre-register will receive tiered rewards based on registration milestones, including in-game currency and exclusive weapons such as the M4A1-Ultimate Silver and AK47-Gold Black Dragon. A promotional sweepstakes offers prizes including smartphones and Sony's PlayStation 5 consoles.

The game centers on competitive multiplayer modes including 5v5 Search & Destroy and Team Deathmatch. In Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines, players will have access to an additional Mutation Mode featuring player-versus-environment gameplay.

CrossFire has hosted competitive tournaments since 2018, including a Global Invitational that drew teams from Southeast Asia, Brazil and South Korea. The Chinese market operates a franchise league featuring established esports organizations including LGD Gaming and EDward Gaming.

The Southeast Asian relaunch positions Level Infinite to capitalize on the region's expanding mobile gaming market and could serve as a foundation for localized competitive events. The move represents a broader strategy to rebuild the game's international presence in a region where mobile esports viewership and participation continue to grow.
