Unity Technologies reported its highest quarterly revenue since 2023, generating $470.6M in Q3 2025, a 5% increase from the same period last year. The results mark Unity’s first quarter of year-over-year growth since Q4 2023, ending a six-quarter streak of decline.
Both of Unity’s main divisions contributed to the rebound. Grow Solutions increased 6% to $318.3M, its first annual growth in more than a year, while Create Solutions rose 3% to $152.4M. The company achieved an adjusted EBITDA of $109M with a 23% margin, improving from $92M in Q3 2024.
Unity Vector AI and Unity Ad Quality Boost Unity’s Recovery
Q3 was the first full quarter running Unity’s Vector AI ads platform, which now manages all iOS and Android traffic. The rollout was completed ahead of schedule and described by CEO Matt Bromberg as “an inflection point in the Unity story.” The company also introduced a Unity Ad Quality tool, designed to enhance ad performance while maintaining player experience.
These product changes supported growth across all major regions. EMEA led with $148M, accounting for 31% of total revenue, followed by the United States at $130.7M and China at $90.5M.
Despite higher revenue and a gross profit of $350.3M, Unity reported a net loss of $127M, a slight improvement from its $125M loss a year earlier. The company cited ongoing restructuring and product transition costs as key factors.
For Q4 2025, Unity expects revenue between $480M and $490M, anticipating stronger growth in Create Solutions. The return to annual growth signals a potential turnaround after a challenging period, positioning Unity for steady recovery as it expands its AI-driven tools into 2026.
