The claims include an ad-supported tier, a separate cloud gaming option, a standalone online multiplayer subscription, and changes to how new games enter the service.

The reported ad-supported plan would cost $12.99 USD per month, while an ad-free option would reportedly cost $19.99 monthly or $239.99 annually. The report claims the latter would be $3 cheaper because new games would no longer launch on Game Pass between February and April 2027.
Cloud streaming would allegedly become a $5.99 add-on offering 25 hours, while a family plan could add another $5.99 per month. Meanwhile, a $14.99 option would provide access to the Game Pass library with online multiplayer, and online multiplayer alone could cost $10.99 monthly.
