Eleven weeks after its record-breaking debut, BTS’ fifth studio album, ARIRANG, maintains itself in the upper echelons of the US market. According to Billboard data published Tuesday (June 9, 2026), the album sustained on the Billboard 200 for 11 consecutive weeks, dropping just two spots to No. 11.
The album’s longevity on the chart comes after a historic milestone established during its March release, when it became the first K-pop album to spend three consecutive weeks at No. 1. Additionally, the album’s title track, Swim, showcased renewed momentum on the Billboard Hot 100, where it climbed three spots to reach No. 41, thereby extending its own 11-week chart run since its chart-topping opening.
Jungkook’s 700 Million Spotify Milestone Proves BTS’ Momentum
This collective endurance is also reflected in the group’s individual streaming power. The Korea Herald reported a new milestone achieved by the group’s youngest member, Jungkook. The artist’s 2018 solo track Euphoria, from the repackaged album Love Yourself: Answer, has reportedly surpassed 700 million plays on Spotify. This makes Euphoria, Jungkook's fifth solo project, to cross that mark, further boosting a personal Spotify account which now accounts for over 11 billion total streams.
K-pop’s Presence Deepens on Billboard with aespa, Cortis and Le Sserafim
The sustained momentum of BTS comes as more South Korean acts establish their commercial ground on the US charts. For instance, The Korea Times reported that girl group aespa’s second full-length album, Lemonade, secured a top-ten debut at No. 9 on the weekly Billboard 200. Furthermore, rookie group Cortis also gained the No. 46 position with their second EP, GreenGreen. On the other hand, girl group Le Sserafim’s second studio album, Pureflow pt. 1, claimed the No. 59 spot on the same chart.
