Universal Studios Japan (USJ) has kicked off its first collaboration with Frieren: Beyond Journey's End, adding the hit fantasy anime to its ongoing Universal Cool Japan 2026 event in Osaka. The limited-time attraction, titled Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Story Walk — Echoes of Adventure, is opening on May 30 and running through Jan 11, 2027, at Stage 18 inside the park.
Universal Cool Japan 2026 also features collaborations with other popular anime IPs, including Detective Conan and Jujutsu Kaisen. The USJ x Frieren event has three different experiential setups and a dedicated area for anime-inspired original goods.
