The company is already working with Karnavati University in Gandhinagar and Whistling Woods International in Mumbai to support high-performance computing for technology and creative programs.
Founded in 1998, CyberPowerPC is a global custom PC company offering desktops, laptops, and gaming accessories. Its products are available through major retailers across the U.S. and Canada. In India, the company is applying this high-performance computing expertise to educational environments as institutions develop programs requiring greater computing capacity.
Rather than limiting its role to hardware procurement, CyberPowerPC India evaluates learning modules, applications, and expected workloads before recommending configurations.
For programs covering game development, VFX, animation, 3D design, filmmaking, and AI, institutions can use GPU-powered workstations alongside standard PCs based on their requirements. The company also provides pre- and post-purchase guidance and is engaging with K-12 institutions, LMS providers, learning-module developers, and other learning-solution companies.

Karnavati University is expanding academic offerings around emerging technologies and creative skills, combining creativity, technology, and industry-oriented learning.
Meanwhile, Whistling Woods International’s curriculum is built around creativity, business acumen, and technical education. The institute has worked with CyberPowerPC to launch a game room for students. Jaydev Dhakan, H.O.D., Game Design at Whistling Woods International, said the facility gives students computing capabilities for increasingly sophisticated creative applications and workflows.
The shift comes as India’s digital entertainment and creative technology ecosystem continues to expand.
Niko Partners’ cited research found that female gamers now account for 49% of the country’s gaming audience, up from 43% in 2023. Non-battle-royale mobile games also account for 62.8% of mobile game revenue, compared with 53.2% in June 2023. With India’s AVGC sector expected to create nearly 2M jobs by 2030, the need for institutions to provide students with relevant computing infrastructure is becoming more significant.
