Felicity Expands Global Footprint with Singapore Headquarters
Highlights
Felicity, publisher of Seek & Find, Classic Solitaire, Cup Quest, and Care Town, has set up Felicity Labs Pte. Ltd. in Singapore as its SEA headquarters.
It will invest $1 million to build a leadership team and target high-growth APAC markets like Vietnam and Thailand, aiming for 2 million regional users.
With $3.7 million raised to date, Felicity is expanding IPs and building cross-border gaming ecosystems across India, Türkiye, Singapore, and beyond.
Indian AI-enabled game-tech developer and publisher Felicity is expanding to Singapore as part of an ambitious expansion plan to double its global scale by March 2026.
The Mumbai-based company, known for publishing mobile titles including "Seek & Find," "Classic Solitaire," "Cup Quest" and "Care Town," will launch Felicity Labs in Singapore to spearhead acquisitions, operations and partnerships across the region. The move targets high-growth markets including Vietnam and Thailand, with plans to expand its Southeast Asian player base to more than 2 million users.
"APAC is home to 1.5 billion gamers and a $70 billion market, making it one of the fastest-growing gaming regions globally," said Anurag Choudhary, Felicity's founder and chief executive. "This expansion to Singapore strengthens our ability to engage with local talent, partners, and communities in a region at the forefront of gaming innovation."
The company plans to invest $1 million over the next 12 to 18 months to build a strategic leadership team focused on product innovation, cross-border partnerships and developing a regional developer network. Felicity also intends to acquire new intellectual properties and expand its presence beyond its current markets of India and Turkey.
The expansion comes as mobile gaming continues to surge across Southeast Asia, driven by increased smartphone penetration and growing disposable income. Singapore has emerged as a regional hub for gaming companies seeking to access the broader Southeast Asian market while benefiting from the city-state's business-friendly environment and talent pool.
Felicity has raised $3.7 million to date, including $700,000 in a pre-seed round from investors including DeVC, food-delivery platform Swiggy, fintech entrepreneur Kunal Shah and other angel investors. The company secured an additional $3 million in seed funding led by 3one4 Capital, Japan's MIXI Global and T-Accelerate Capital.
With the Singapore headquarters, Felicity aims to position itself beyond traditional game publishing toward becoming what it calls a "global game-tech innovator" by building sustainable cross-border gaming ecosystems across Asia and other markets.
