Fortnite Party Up Winter Rush: Free Skins Before Ch 7

Epic Games has officially launched the holiday festivities early with the debut of the "Party Up Winter Rush" event, a limited-time celebration designed to bridge the gap between the current season and the highly anticipated future of the game. Starting November 19, 2025, the event encourages players to team up with friends rather than playing solo to earn a fresh wave of free cosmetics. 

Running through till November 29, this strategic event will serve as a lead-in to the massive launch of Chapter 7, which is expected to introduce a new map and fresh gameplay features to the battle royale.

The main draw for players during this event is the opportunity to unlock the Cuddle Team Rider bundle completely for free. This reward offers a winter-themed, biker-aesthetic remix of the iconic Cuddle Team Leader outfit, accompanied by a matching LEGO Style variant and the reactive Cuddle Pulse Back Bling. 

According to the latest trailer, players can also claim a fresh harvesting tool that appears to be two pink baseball bats decorated with the Cuddle Team Leader symbol. While Epic Games has yet to release a full manifesto of every reward, leaks have suggested that a special Hatsune Miku-themed holiday outfit could also be a major highlight of the event.

How to Complete Party Up Quests

To unlock these items, players must participate in the "Party Up" questline, which tracks progress exclusively when a user is in a lobby with at least one other player. The challenges are designed for cooperative play across a wide variety of game modes. 

Beyond the standard Battle Royale and Zero Build, the trailer confirmed that fans can earn XP in modes like Delulu, Brick Life, Blitz Royale, Rocket Racing, Festival, Reload, and Save the World. Milestones include racking up XP while playing in a group or inflicting damage while sticking close to allies, ensuring the experience remains social and inclusive without requiring a Battle Pass purchase.

This event arrives during a particularly busy time for the Fortnite ecosystem, which is enjoying a massive influx of players due to a successful collaboration with The Simpsons. Gamers are now exploring a fully cell-shaded map that blends iconic Fortnite locations with the town of Springfield, a crossover that has resulted in the game's largest player count since the 2024 holiday season.

Epic Games appears to be using the Party Up Winter Rush to maintain this high momentum as they transition away from the Springfield takeover and toward the next major chapter.

Looking ahead, the community is already buzzing with speculation about what Chapter 7 will bring after the Winter Rush concludes. Recent leaks suggest significant mechanical changes, including the ability for players to self-revive and potentially drive reboot vans, although Epic Games has not officially verified these claims.
