Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered Leads PS Plus Extra April 2026 Lineup

Sony has officially pulled back the curtain on the next batch of titles coming to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog. Starting Tuesday, April 21, subscribers to the Extra and Premium tiers will gain access to eight new games, offering a diverse mix of massive open worlds, tactical sports management, and classic role-playing adventures.

It is particularly interesting to see Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered headlining this month's additions right on the heels of the recent addition of the first-party title Marvel's Spider-Man 2. It remains to be seen if Sony will continue to stack the catalog with its major first-party titles, but it is a massive win for subscribers right now.

Unlike the monthly Essential tier games, these Game Catalog titles remain available for an extended period, giving you plenty of time to explore them. If you haven't claimed your base-tier games yet, remember that April's PS Plus Essential lineup—Lords of the Fallen (PS5), Sword Art Online: Fractured Daydream (PS5), and Tomb Raider I-III Remastered (PS5/PS4)—is currently available to download.

Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered (PS5 / PS4 owners get the Complete Edition)

Warriors: Abyss (PS5, PS4)

Squirrel with a Gun (PS5) 

As the neighborhood’s most obnoxious rodent, you will develop a knack for crime and mayhem in pursuit of golden acorns. This chaotic sandbox shooter and puzzle platformer will have you fighting tooth, claw, and gun to escape a secret underground facility and defeat mysterious Agents.

The Casting of Frank Stone (PS5) 

The storytelling prowess of Supermassive Games meets the Dead by Daylight universe in this high-stakes horror adventure. The shadow of Frank Stone looms over Cedar Hills, and every decision you make shapes the story. Brimming with emotional gut-punches and spine-chilling twists, this dark tale is certain to haunt you long after it’s over.

Monster Train (PS5) 

This deck-building game brings a tactical twist to the roguelike formula: defend three vertical battlegrounds simultaneously to protect the final pyre from the forces of heaven. With six monster clans, 25 covenant difficulty levels, and over 280 cards, you will constantly upgrade your champion and units to take back hell.

Wild Arms 4 (PS5, PS4) - PS Plus Premium 

PlayStation Plus Premium members can dive into this classic PS2 JRPG, now enhanced with up-rendering, rewind features, quick saves, and custom video filters. Set on the scarred world of Filgaia ten years after a brutal war, it weaves a gripping story of identity, peace, and destiny.
