Palworld Online Now Available for Pre-Registration

Garena has opened pre-registration for Palworld Online in South Korea, setting the stage for the mobile MMORPG’s planned release later in 2026. Pre-registration is now available on Android and iOS following the game’s reveal on Aug 3.

Garena has not announced a confirmed launch date, but the South Korean App Store currently lists Nov 30, 2026, as the expected release date.

Palworld Online Release Date and Device Requirements

The App Store listing states that Palworld Online requires iOS 12.0 or later and 2.9GB of storage. The Google Play listing is also live, although the game is not currently available on every device or in every region.

Players who pre-register can receive rewards tied to registration milestones, including 50K Gold Coins, 50 Dog Coins, 20 Training Manuals (M), a Huge Verdant Egg, and 10 Tera Spheres. Garena has also stated that additional rewards for all pre-registered players will be revealed later.

The pre-registration campaign launched alongside gameplay footage showing combat, exploration, and other systems. The game combines survival, base building, raids, Pal collection, and dungeons, with players able to capture, battle, and breed Pals.

Palworld Online Expands Pocketpair’s IP

Garena is developing the game under an official license from Pocketpair, building on its experience in publishing, localization, and live operations. The project is separate from Palworld Mobile, the mobile adaptation being developed by Krafton.

The original Palworld launched in early access on Xbox and PC in January 2024 and surpassed 25M sales. The franchise has since expanded into projects, including the Palworld Official Card Game. At CGDC during ChinaJoy 2026, Pocketpair head of publishing and communications, John Buckley, also discussed the franchise’s early-access period and its Version 1.0 release in July.

With South Korea becoming the first market to enter pre-registration, Palworld Online represents Garena’s next step in bringing Pocketpair’s creature-collection survival formula to mobile audiences.
