Spotify x Demon Slayer: Interactive Infinity Castle Playlist
Fans Can Now Experience Demon Slayer’s Infinity Castle Through Spotify’s Interactive Playlist and Collectible Cards
Demon Slayer has partnered with Spotify to promote the release of "Infinity Castle," the first film in the series' concluding trilogy.
The collaboration allows fans to access an interactive music experience through the streaming platform. Users can search for Demon Slayer on Spotify and access a dedicated playlist that simulates the Infinity Castle setting, following the journey of main characters Tanjiro, Zenitsu, Inosuke and the Hashira warriors.

The playlist includes two theme songs by Japanese artists Aimer and LiSA, plus commentary from Natsuki Hanae, who voices the protagonist Tanjiro in the Japanese version. The experience generates digital character cards, 19 in total, with top Spotify listeners eligible to unlock a special golden card.
The promotional campaign extended beyond the app from July 21-27, when advertisements featuring demon characters appeared throughout Tokyo's Shibuya district at night. Fans who photographed the displays and shared them on X with a specific Japanese hashtag entered a lottery to win Spotify keychains designed as protective charms.
"Infinity Castle: Part 1 – Akaza Returns" opened in Japanese theaters July 18, followed by select Asian screenings in August and a global rollout in September. The film launched in India on Sept. 12 across more than 750 screens, offering Japanese audio with English subtitles plus dubbed versions in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
The Indian release generated INR 50.29 crore (about $6 million) in six days, setting a record for anime films in the region and surpassing previous releases in the genre.
The Spotify partnership marks the first such collaboration for the Demon Slayer franchise, which has become a global cultural phenomenon since its debut. The campaign combines music streaming, interactive features and digital collectibles to engage fans worldwide.
