Times Prime is partnering with Crunchyroll to expand premium anime streaming access for members across India. The lifestyle membership platform announced a strategic collaboration, adding Crunchyroll to its entertainment portfolio.
The partnership gives members access to a premium anime streaming service amid rising nationwide demand.
Under the Crunchyroll x Times Prime promotional offer in India, subscribers can start an extended 60-day free trial of the Crunchyroll Fan plan. The promotion runs from Feb 11, 2026, through Feb 10, 2027.
It is available to users in India who are active Times Prime subscribers and either new to Crunchyroll or eligible under the promotion’s Terms and Conditions.
To redeem, members must generate a code from the Benefits page on the Times Prime app and complete the process on Crunchyroll’s website. Users need to log in or create an eligible account, enter billing details, and start the free trial. Billing begins after 60 days, and the offer is limited to one trial per account.
Beyond the promotion, the service offers an extensive anime library across major genres with ad-free streaming. It also includes multiple language options, dubbed versions, and near-simultaneous broadcasts.
Crunchyroll’s catalog in India features more than 900 titles, including over 160 dubbed in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. Annual subscriptions start at ₹469 and include same-day streaming as in Japan.

Harshita Singh, Business Head at Times Prime, said today’s entertainment landscape is defined by “personalization, quality, and accessibility.” She added that the partnership helps meet growing demand for anime while expanding the platform’s entertainment portfolio.
Meanwhile, Akshat Sahu, Vice President, GTM & Partnerships Marketing, APAC & MENA at Crunchyroll, said India remains “one of the fastest-growing anime markets globally.” He added that through the collaboration, the company is “making anime more accessible” to a digitally engaged audience in India.
Times Prime, part of the Times of India Group, offers curated lifestyle memberships, including Ace for American Express Platinum Cardmembers. Crunchyroll, LLC, operates as a Sony Group-backed joint venture between Sony Pictures Entertainment and Aniplex Inc.
Together, the companies will integrate a global anime catalog into a domestic membership platform. The move reflects the convergence of lifestyle services and streaming in India’s market.
