JetSynthesys, an India-based digital entertainment company, has confirmed the acquisition of casual mobile title EverMerge from Big Fish Games, an Aristocrat Leisure subsidiary. Ownership signals had emerged earlier, when EverMerge appeared under JetSynthesys on the App Store and Google Play ahead of the formal announcement.
Released in 2019, the merge puzzle game has generated more than $350 million USD in lifetime revenue. It sits among the world’s top 100 highest-grossing mobile games and maintains consistent engagement, particularly across the United States and Western Europe.
EverMerge Acquisition Aligns With International Growth Strategy
JetSynthesys stated the purchase strengthens its gaming ecosystem and supports plans to scale the franchise across high-growth regions, including India. The company intends to apply its experience in community engagement, partnerships, and data-driven expansion to localize and grow the title’s audience.
Chairman and Managing Director (MD) Rajan Navani described the acquisition as a milestone as India’s “orange economy” gains recognition. The term refers to creativity-led industries, including digital content creation and AVGC sectors such as animation, VFX, gaming, and comics.
He added that the company sees “tremendous potential in bridging global IPs with local insights.” The approach is aimed at making EverMerge resonate across emerging markets such as India through cultural storytelling, engagement, and technology-led innovation.
JetSynthesys will continue investing in live operations, content updates, and player experience.
Founded in 2014, the company operates across gaming, esports, and digital entertainment in more than 180 countries. The addition of EverMerge reinforces its push to build a globally scaled interactive entertainment platform.
