A Massive May 20 Vault Drop
The vault swings wide open on May 20 with something for everyone. Fans of intense action will be thrilled to see the critically acclaimed cooperative survival shooter Remnant II return to service, throwing players into devastated worlds requiring a mix of methodical combat and punishing boss battles. Families can also jump into the lighthearted fun of My Friend Peppa Pig, visiting exciting locations in a story that feels exactly like being part of the beloved show.
Premium-tier members are also getting a special treat on May 20 with three expanded indie titles joining the library. You can dive into Dead Static Drive, affectionately described by its developers as "Grand Theft Cthulhu," which takes you on a nightmarish, Eldritch-themed road trip across 1980s Americana. If you prefer something more chaotic, team up in Pigeon Simulator to neutralize dangerous anomalies in New Squawk City. For a change of pace, Winter Burrow offers a cozy woodland survival experience where you play as a mouse returning home to knit sweaters, bake, and rebuild your childhood burrow.

Sci-Fi Shooters, Puzzles, and RPGs
The momentum doesn't stop there. On May 21, the day-one sci-fi action adventure Luna Abyss arrives. You play as Fawkes, a prisoner exploring a derelict megastructure deep beneath a mimic moon, balancing fluid platforming with intense bullet-hell combat. Puzzle enthusiasts can look forward to May 26, when Escape Simulator unlocks, offering highly interactive solo or online co-op escape rooms where you can smash objects and crack clever codes.
May 27 delivers a double feature: the day-one deckbuilding RPG Echo Generation 2, where you build your crew to defy a cosmic threat, alongside Obsidian’s award-winning The Outer Worlds: Spacer’s Choice Edition, where your choices shape the future of a space colony. Finally, May 28 closes out the month's new additions with two more day-one titles. You can clock into the chaotic, physics-based warehouse co-op of Crashout Crew, or enjoy a relaxing summer vacation catching and battling bugs in Kabuto Park.
Looking Ahead to June and Beyond
Microsoft isn't hitting the brakes anytime soon. Giving subscribers a generous sneak peek at early June, the company confirmed that the classic RPG Final Fantasy VI and the dinosaur park management sim Jurassic World Evolution 3 will both hit the service on June 2.
Also, if you missed it earlier this month, be sure to check out the brutalist parkour adventure Motorslice, which dropped on May 5, and grab your in-game benefits on May 26 for the match-3 classic Microsoft Jewel and the tactical vehicle combat game World of Tanks: Heat.
