Japanese animation studio MAPPA is bringing some of its biggest franchises to Anime Expo 2026, including Jujutsu Kaisen (JJK) and Attack on Titan (AoT). MAPPA will appear on the event’s industry roster alongside Aniplex, Bandai Namco, KADOKAWA, TOHO animation, and other major distributors and rights holders.

MAPPA’s panel will feature four anime properties, along with their original artworks and new merchandise items. MAPPA’s panel is set at the Los Angeles Convention Center in South Hall 720.

MAPPA’s Programming at Anime Expo 2026

MAPPA’s footprint spans both exhibitor space and panel programming. The studio will display key animations and immersive experiences inspired by its four marquee franchises: Chainsaw Man, JJK, AoT, and Dorohedoro.

The exhibition will feature dedicated photo spots alongside early sales access for new merchandise inspired by the featured anime series. However, the studio has yet to detail the merchandise type and prices. MAPPA has not yet broken down what each property’s panel might showcase or announce.

A JJK panel has already been announced by Toho. That panel will feature Japanese voice actor Junya Enoki and English voice actor Adam McArthur, both of whom voiced Yuji Itadori. MAPPA can also bring representatives from its other three properties, mirroring how Toho, KADOKAWA,  and other studios are running their activations during the same weekend.

The Anime Expo announcement on June 29 comes weeks after MAPPA celebrated its 15th anniversary with new project updates. Anime Expo 2026 is running from July 2-5 in Los Angeles.

Among several panels and exhibitions, Anime Expo features a dedicated Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War stage event, a My Hero Academia panel, a Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle panel, and the world premiere of the Kagurabachi anime. With its globally recognized properties, MAPPA is using one of anime’s largest overseas events to maintain momentum across its expanding portfolio.
