PUBG Mobile is bringing the soccer anime Blue Lock crossover into its battle royale universe on May 22, 2026. The collaboration, confirmed by PUBG Mobile's official account on May 3, arrives as part of the game's 4.4 update.
The PUBG Mobile x Blue Lock Crossover will follow a phased distribution strategy, with the rollout beginning on May 14 for early access rewards. A Special Set will arrive on May 14 before the full rollout.
The crossover will introduce themed items and ‘character sets’ inspired by Blue Lock’s top four strikers, Yoichi Isagi, Seishiro Nagi, Meguru Bachira, and Rin Itoshi. The timing aligns with Blue Lock's growing commercial footprint, the franchise's latest manga volume, Vol. 38, ranking at the top of Oricon’s weekly ranking chart.
Blue Lock x PUBG Mobile: What the Collaboration Offers
As per Inside Sport’s reporting, the Blue Lock collaboration is structured around a Prize Path system, similar to previous mission-based events. Players can gain more loot while progressing through Prize Path.
Reportedly, in-game rewards include backpack embellishments, themed parachutes, weapon skins, and character-inspired outfits. However, neither PUBG nor Krafton has yet confirmed the exact items and event details for the PUBG Mobile x Blue Lock Crossover.
PUBG Mobile’s Blue Lock crossover adds to a growing list of gaming partnerships the title has pursued as an active engagement strategy. Previous crossovers include prominent titles like Dragon Ball Super, Attack on Titan, and Jujutsu Kaisen.
