Mineski Events Team and Vizta have announced the Moba Legends: 5v5! Master Series (MLMS). It is described as India’s first official publisher-backed national tournament for the game. Registrations are open from March 10 to 19, 2026, with the first 256 teams securing spots in the competition.
The tournament creates a structured national pathway for Indian teams, culminating in a LAN grand final on May 9-10. The winning team will represent India at the Esports World Cup (EWC) 2026, creating a direct pathway to global competition.
The event marks India’s entry into the global Moba Legends esports ecosystem, open to grassroots and established teams.
Moba Legends: 5v5! Master Series Format and Esports World Cup Pathway
The competition begins with Open Qualifiers from March 23 to 30. Registered teams will compete in a single-elimination bracket, which shifts to best-of-three matches as the field narrows. Likewise, the top two teams advance to the League Stage from April 5 to 26, joining six invited teams in a single round-robin format.
The top six teams from the league stage will move to the MLMS Grand Finals LAN event, where they will compete for a ₹46,00,000 prize pool and the national title.
Mineski Events Team & Vizta
Vizta Games Global Head of Esports, Tiger Xu, said the Mobile Legends: 5v5! Master Series aims to create “a true competitive pathway for Indian MOBA players.” He added that with “a place at EWC 2026 on the line,” it gives India’s top players a platform to prove themselves internationally.
Mineski Events Team, a Southeast Asian esports production organization and longtime Vizta partner, will support tournament operations. The group has worked on regional MOBA events, including MPL, widely recognized as the world’s most-watched MOBA league. It also supported the M7 World Championship in Indonesia.
Registrations for MLMS are now open. Teams across India can compete for the inaugural title and the chance to represent the country at the Esports World Cup 2026.
