The ARC Raiders Shrouded Sky update marks one of the first major content releases for the game in 2026. With a global rollout set for February 24, 2026, Embark Studios is introducing dynamic weather systems, new enemy types, and fresh seasonal progression for those undergoing the Expedition.

Unlike smaller balance patches, Shrouded Sky alters movement, visibility, and combat flow across key maps. For players tracking the ARC Raiders Shrouded Sky release date and global launch time, here is everything you need to know.

ARC Raiders Shrouded Sky Launch Timings

Embark Studios will roll out the ARC Raiders Shrouded Sky update on February 24, 2026. Here are the release  times for the patch across various global regions for Steam (PC), PlayStation and Xbox: 

• 1:30 am Pacific Standard Time (PST)
• 4:30 am Eastern Standard Time (EST)
• 9:30 am Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
• 10:30 am Central European Time (CET)
• 2:00 pm India Standard Time (IST)
• 6:30 pm Japan Standard Time (JST)

The Shrouded Sky event will be active shortly after the patch goes live. There is no downtime expected for maintenance leading up to the content release. 

ARC Raiders Shrouded Sky: What’s New?

The biggest feature in the ARC Raiders Shrouded Sky update is the new Hurricane map condition. The storm rotates through the Rust Belt and directly impacts Dam Battlegrounds, Spaceport, Blue Gate, and Buried City.

Movement is now vector-based during the storm. Running with the wind gives a speed boost, while moving against it drains stamina and slows players significantly. Projectiles such as grenades and gas canisters are also affected, forcing players to adjust their throws carefully.

Shrouded Sky introduces two new ARC enemy types. Firefly is an armored floating unit equipped with a flamethrower that forces players out of cover. Comet is an aggressive spherical unit that locks onto targets and detonates with a concussive blast.

A new free Raider Deck called The Surgeon will also be available. This deck introduces a combat medic archetype and unlockable cosmetics. Players can also access new beard customization options, including Stubble by default and Full Beard through progression.

Dam Battlegrounds has received structural changes as well, including a flooded turbine interior that acts as a shortcut.

ARC Raiders Shrouded Sky: New Project 

The Weather Monitoring System Project runs from February 24 to March 31, 2026. Players must collect meteorological components from high-risk zones to complete a five-stage questline. Completing it rewards up to 250 Raider Tokens.

Expedition 2 sign-ups begin February 25 and close March 1, 2026. Participants can earn permanent skill points, stash space, and the evolving Patchwork outfit. The Shrouded Sky update also marks the end of the Shared Watch event, which commenced earlier this month. 

The Arc Raiders developers have promised more content for the game this year, with new maps and a new giant arc enemy expected to appear later this summer.
