Ubisoft Rayman 30th Anniversary Edition is Live on PC and Consoles

Ubisoft Rayman 30th Anniversary celebrations are officially underway as the Anniversary Edition launches across PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC via the Ubisoft Store, Steam, and Ubisoft+. The new release marks three decades since the original 1995 platformer introduced players to the Glade of Dreams and its limbless hero.

Players can once again rescue Electoons, battle Mr. Dark, and revisit iconic locations such as the Dream Forest and Band Lands. This Ubisoft classic game re-release packages multiple legacy versions together with modern enhancements without losing anything that made the nostalgic game great. 

Ubisoft Rayman 30th Anniversary Edition Features

The Rayman anniversary edition was released on February 12, 2026. PC users receive the same feature set as console players, ensuring full parity across platforms.

The launch reinforces Ubisoft’s strategy of making legacy titles widely accessible across both console and PC ecosystems.

The Ubisoft Rayman 30th Anniversary edition has five complete versions of the original 1995 classic:

• PlayStation 1995
• Atari Jaguar 1995
• MS-DOS PC 1995
• Game Boy Color 2000
• Game Boy Advance 2001

For the first time, Ubisoft has included the unreleased 1992 SNES prototype, offering a rare look at the early evolution of the franchise.

Beyond the base releases, this Ubisoft classic game re-release includes more than 120 additional levels sourced from official expansions and fan creations. These additions significantly expand replay value for both PC and console audiences.

It introduces modern gameplay tools while preserving the original challenge. A rewind feature is available across all versions without disabling achievements. Certain versions also include optional infinite lives, maximum health, and unlock toggles.

Players can enable visual filters, adjust screen modes including Original,Full, and Super Wide formats, and select vintage console style borders. Each version also supports three save slots, allowing flexibility for experimentation or completion-focused runs.

Ubisoft Classic Game Re-Release Includes Interactive Documentary

One of the standout Ubisoft Rayman 30th Anniversary features is the interactive History section. The collection includes over 50 minutes of new developer interviews, unseen concept art, early sketches, Japanese box art, and archival Ubisoft documentation.

This archival material contextualizes how the franchise helped establish Ubisoft’s global recognition in the 1990s. Rather than functioning solely as a remaster, the 30th Anniversary Edition positions itself as both a playable collection and a curated historical retrospective.

With the re-release now live, Ubisoft’s celebrations combine preservation, accessibility, and expanded content into one comprehensive package for long-time fans and new players alike.
